If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, within 30 days from your order, you may return any unopened bottle for a full refund, minus the cost for shipping. For open bottles, please contact us for refund/return instructions.
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Total Power Inc., within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. During the holidays, items shipped by Total Power Inc. November 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st.
Usually in about 1-2 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return.
